Ann Marie Fillion focuses on clients in the healthcare arena, providing accounting and consulting services to for-profit and non-profit organizations including nursing facilities, retirement communities, and programs for the developmentally disabled. She frequently counsels clients on both short-term and long-range planning, financing and other general business matters that impact their overall operations and stability.

Ann Marie has successfully advocated for clients in the course of audits performed by regulatory and funding agencies, initiated numerous successful rate appeals, and rate and contract negotiations with funding agencies.

She stays abreast of the ever-changing regulations, reporting and funding guidelines issued on a federal level by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as well as on a state level by the Rhode Island Department of Human Services and the state’s Mental Health Retardation and Hospitals’ division of Developmental Disabilities.

She is active as a member of the Leading Age Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Health Care Association, and the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce.

Ann Marie is a graduate of Providence College where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
