Margaret Carlson focuses on real estate development projects, service enterprises, governmental/not-for-profit accounting and low-income housing tax credit projects. She frequently handles matters involving specific compliance needs governing audits under the U.S. Office of Management and Budget’s Circular A-133 requirements, and Department of Housing and Urban Development contracts with low-income housing providers under the Section 8 program.
A graduate of Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, she holds a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from Bryant University.
